MWM Creations provides professional video production services through an annual subscription model built around strategic planning and campaign-based execution, not time-based production units or individual video deliverables. Each subscription includes:
MWM acts as an outsourced creative department, not a per-video, per-hour, or per-minute production vendor.
All services are defined and delivered by campaigns, not by minutes of edited video, number of videos, editing hours, or filming hours.
Filming Day Definition: Unless otherwise specified in writing, each campaign includes one (1) standard filming day. A standard filming day consists of up to eight (8) hours of total crew time including travel, setup/breakdown, lighting and audio preparation, scheduled breaks, and wrap time.
Additional filming days, extended crew hours, or multi-day productions may require a scope adjustment or additional approval.
At the beginning of the subscription term, MWM develops an annual roadmap that defines campaign priorities, messaging direction, production cadence, and creative scope. The roadmap serves as the primary framework for all services delivered during the subscription period. Requests outside the approved roadmap may be scheduled into a future campaign, require a scope adjustment, or be quoted as an additional service.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding project requirements and timelines. You are responsible for securing all rights, licenses, and permissions related to any materials you provide. Delays caused by missing materials, approvals, or client-side scheduling constraints may affect campaign execution timelines.
Our standard delivery timeline for video assets is 7–9 business days after filming is completed, subject to client responsiveness, production complexity, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. MWM will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays.
Each campaign includes up to three (3) rounds of revisions, available within 30 days of delivery. Additional revisions are billed at $250 per revision. Revisions requested after 30 days may be treated as new work. If no revision request is received within 30 days, the delivery is considered approved. Revision turnaround time is up to 3 business days, depending on scope.
Clients subscribed to the Enterprise Plan may receive enhanced flexibility in editing and production scheduling, as defined by the approved roadmap or a separate written agreement. Enterprise flexibility does not imply unlimited filming days or unlimited crew time unless explicitly stated in writing.
Final video assets will be delivered in the agreed-upon format and method. MWM retains copies for a limited time but is not responsible for indefinite storage. Clients are responsible for downloading and archiving delivered assets.
Raw or unedited footage may be requested by written request. Raw footage is billed at $25 per minute. A quote will be provided prior to delivery. Full payment is required before release. Raw footage is delivered via digital download or secure file-sharing.
A minimum of 72 hours’ written notice is required to cancel or reschedule a filming day. Late cancellations result in the campaign’s filming day being considered used. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions. Exceptions may be granted at MWM’s discretion for extreme circumstances.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing: Clients retain rights to content they provide. MWM retains ownership of raw footage, project files, and original creative elements. Usage rights are governed by the subscription agreement.
All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law.
Sections 13 to 15 apply to our annual subscription plans. Studio subscriptions are covered by Section 21, and the Exclusive Video Offer by Section 20. AI generation is covered by Section 22.
Subscriptions are annual commitments. Clients may choose monthly billing (12-month commitment) or annual billing, which includes one (1) complimentary month (11 months charged). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with Section 14. Pricing changes apply to new subscriptions only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, early termination before the end of the annual term incurs a fee equal to two (2) months of the current subscription plan. No refunds are issued for unused campaigns or services. Annual prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date.
MWM Creations is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
MWM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
MWM Creations & Studios sends two separate kinds of text message (“MWM Creations SMS Notifications”), and you consent to each of them separately. Agreeing to one is never agreement to the other. You may agree to one, both, or neither.
Transactional messages — about a booking you have made: confirmations, session reminders, and replies to questions you ask. Message frequency varies with your bookings.
Marketing messages — optional and separate: promotional messages about our services, offers and events. Message frequency varies and is typically no more than 4 messages per month.
Consent is collected on our sign-up form at mwmcreations.com/sms-signup/, on our booking pages, or by explicit consent you give during a conversation. We do not use pre-checked boxes, we do not bundle the two consents together, and we never treat a booking, a payment, or the completion of any other form as consent to receive text messages.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; STOP ends both kinds of message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at michael@mwmcreations.com. Replying START re-subscribes you after an opt-out. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This section applies to the Exclusive Video Offer, a one-time package that is not part of our subscription plans. Where it differs from Sections 1–15, this section applies.
20.1 What is included. One film shoot with our production crew, up to 6 hours on set, at one location; 2 to 3 minutes of finished, edited video; a logo animation; and 30 days of support after delivery. The package is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there are no further charges unless you ask for something outside it.
20.2 Scheduling. We will contact you within 1 business day of your purchase to schedule the shoot. The shoot must take place within 90 days of purchase. If we are unable to schedule within that time for reasons on our side, the period is extended.
20.3 Location and travel. Travel is included for locations within 30 miles by road of our studio in Orlando. Beyond that, the travel fees in our Travel & Out-of-Area Filming Policy apply per shoot day (31–75 mi $300 · 76–150 mi $600 · 151–250 mi $1,000 · over 250 mi or air, cost plus 15%). We confirm any travel fee in writing before the shoot.
20.4 Rescheduling. You may reschedule your shoot once at no charge with at least 72 hours notice. With less notice, or if the shoot cannot go ahead because the location, people or materials on your side are not ready, the shoot day is treated as used; we will offer a new date at our current day rate.
20.5 Refunds. Full refund if you cancel before a shoot date is confirmed. Once the date is confirmed the package is non-refundable, but it can be postponed once, up to 12 months from purchase (this replaces the 90-day window in 20.2). Once the shoot has taken place, the package is non-refundable.
20.6 Revisions. Two rounds of revisions on the edited video are included. Further rounds, or changes to the brief after the shoot, are quoted in advance.
20.7 Extra time. Time on set beyond 6 hours, extra locations, additional videos or motion graphics are not included and are quoted in advance before any work begins.
20.8 Use of the video. You may use the finished video for your own marketing and promotion. MWM may show the work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Raw footage and project files remain with MWM, as set out in Section 11.
This section applies to monthly studio subscriptions, such as studio time, podcast and recording packages. Sections 13 to 15 do not apply to them. Where this section differs from Sections 1 to 12, this section applies.
21.1 How it works. Your subscription includes a set number of studio hours each month at the monthly price shown when you sign up. It is charged automatically to the card or bank account you save at sign-up, on the same day each month, and continues month to month until you cancel. By confirming the subscription at checkout you authorise these charges.
21.2 Minimum term. Every studio subscription has a minimum term of 3 months. If you cancel before the 3 months are complete, the remaining payments for the minimum term are still due.
21.3 Cancelling after the minimum. After the first 3 months you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Any charge that falls within the notice period is due as normal.
21.4 Your hours and rollover. Unused hours carry over to the following month only, up to one month’s allowance. Carried-over hours are used first and expire at the end of that following month if they are not used. Hours have no cash value and are not refundable. When your subscription ends, any remaining hours expire on the last day of your final paid month.
21.5 Booking and rescheduling. Sessions are booked in advance and are subject to studio availability. A session may be moved with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session cancelled with less notice, or not attended, counts as used.
21.6 Failed payments. If a payment fails we will let you know and retry. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, new sessions are not booked and delivery of work in progress is paused until the balance is settled.
21.7 Delivery and use. Finished material is released once your account is current. You may use it for your own commercial and promotional purposes. Raw footage and project files remain with MWM, as set out in Section 11.
21.8 Changes and existing clients. Changes to this section apply to new subscriptions, not to yours, unless you agree in writing. Clients who signed a fixed-term studio package before 24 August 2026 keep the terms of that package.
This section applies to any work in which MWM uses artificial intelligence to generate or alter images, video or sound, including Full Immersion videos, AI shots added to studio videos, AI Wall Sessions, AI studio subscriptions and AI hour upgrades. Where it differs from Sections 1 to 21, this section applies.
22.1 How it works. You are filmed for real in our studio. AI is used afterwards to create or change what surrounds you: the location, set, props, lighting mood, wardrobe, B-roll and cutaways. Your performance, voice and lip sync are not generated by AI unless you ask for it in writing.
22.2 Full Immersion videos and payment. A Full Immersion video (called an “AI Wall Spot” before October 18, 2026; references to AI Wall Spots in earlier proposals, invoices and checkouts mean Full Immersion videos) is up to 30 seconds long with up to 3 AI scenes (for example a new location, wardrobe or added objects), including the finished edit. It is sold on its own ($997 per video, short studio filming session included), as an add-on for clients on a monthly subscription plan ($397 per video), in the Full Immersion Pack ($1,497: one studio hour and four Full Immersion videos), or included in some monthly plans. Longer videos, extra scenes and AI shots inside regular videos are quoted in advance, from $6 per second of finished video. AI work is paid in full before we start generating, the same as studio bookings. AI generation that has started is not refundable.
22.3 Revisions. Each AI video includes one revision round, covering regeneration of up to 25% of that video’s AI seconds. Further revisions are quoted in advance at our per-second rates before we do them. The three revision rounds in Section 6 and the two in Section 20.6 do not apply to AI generation.
22.4 Allowances. AI seconds, AI videos and AI hours included in a package or subscription are for the month they are issued. They do not roll over, have no cash value and are not refundable. Section 21.4 rollover applies to studio hours only, not to AI allowances.
22.5 AI Wall Sessions are not fully generated video. An AI Wall Session, AI studio subscription or AI hour upgrade films you in front of our AI wall and places one AI-built set behind you per video, plus the short AI moments described at booking (for example, one 5-second AI moment per video). It does not include fully generated motion scenes, such as the world moving around you, travelling between locations, wardrobe changes or interaction with AI objects, like those shown in our demo videos. Those are Full Immersion videos under 22.2, which can be added to a monthly plan or bought on their own. AI Wall Sessions are intended for longer formats such as podcasts, interviews and classes.
22.6 Subscriptions and upgrades. An AI studio subscription is a studio subscription and follows Section 21 (3-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days’ notice). An AI hour upgrade turns one studio hour of an existing Studio Subscription into an AI hour for that month, for the upgrade price shown at booking. Standard editing (+$100 per studio hour) never includes AI generation.
22.7 Your likeness and consent. By booking AI work you confirm that you, and every person who appears in your footage, agree to MWM using their image, voice and likeness to produce AI scenes for your project. You are responsible for obtaining that consent from anyone you bring to the shoot. We will not create a realistic likeness of any real person who has not given consent, and we will not imitate a public figure, a trademark or another business’s branding without written permission from its owner.
22.8 Material you provide. You must hold the rights to any logos, photos, products, locations or other material you ask us to use or recreate. You agree to cover any claim arising from material you supplied or asked us to reproduce.
22.9 Results. AI generation does not produce identical results twice and may include small visual imperfections. We review every AI video before delivery and fix what falls short of our standard within the revision round in 22.3. We cannot guarantee that a generated element will match a reference exactly.
22.10 Ownership and use. You may use finished AI videos for your own commercial and promotional purposes, as with any MWM delivery. Raw footage, project files, prompts, generated variations not delivered, and reusable AI sets or environments created by MWM remain with MWM, as set out in Section 11. AI-generated elements may not be eligible for copyright protection, and parts of them are produced with third-party AI tools under those providers’ terms.
22.11 Labelling. Some platforms require AI-generated or altered content to be labelled. You are responsible for following the labelling rules of the platforms where you publish. We will tell you which parts of a video were generated if you ask.
22.12 Prohibited uses. We do not produce AI content that is deceptive, defamatory, sexual, unlawful, or intended to mislead viewers into believing a real event took place. We may refuse or stop any AI request that falls into these categories.
